STEP 1 - APPLICATION
Completing the online application is by far the preferred option. Should you need to complete a paper application, please send an email to [email protected] to receive a printed version.

STEP 2 - PAYMENT
All artists applying after February 28, 2019 will pay $150 which is the combination of the application and the booth fee.

STEP 3 - SUBMIT YOUR IMAGES
* A booth image is not required for acceptance into the show. However, all artists are expected to display their work in an attractive manner using tent (or open space) and displays that show evidence of a professional approach to displaying their art.
- To complete the application process, you must send four (4) images of your artwork as an email attachment to [email protected].
- Images should NOT include identifying watermarks.
- Submission of artwork images via email is the preferred method. However, may send a CD with your images provided it is RECEIVED by the appropriate deadline.

- The images from accepted artists will be included in the Accepted Artist gallery along with the Artist Statements and links to artist websites.
